I was left with many debts. They were spiraling out of control I had given up hope and felt I couldn't carry on. They were so understanding and didn't judge me. They set me up with a plan I could afford. After speaking to them the first time I really felt like a huge weight had been lifted. I will always be eternally grateful to the payplan team. Smooth process for a really stressful time. Can be done in person or online to suit and All advisers are really helpful, supportive and non judgemental. Contact and after support is also great for duration of your plan. Would recommend without hesitation Reviewed on: 10th August 2022

Helped me to get my life back on track after break up of marriage.

They helped me every step of the way after a devastating marriage break up. I manage to build myself and my daughters life back up with their guidance and support with out losing my house dignity and gave me the time and energy to work things out and so I am very grateful indeed. My daughter ended up going to university, got a masters and a good job which at one time I never thought would happen, and it all started with a phone call to a lovely lady, saying it is going to be alright.
