My experience with payplan currently, has been relieving, making me feel comfortable and relaxed, as they email/ call guiding me through this process, looking with me at every option available to give me the best possible options for my circumstances. Prior to Payplan i was anxious, depressed overwhelmed and drowning. I struggled with amounts to pay and schedules, Payplan took care if everything. Payplan worked quickly and thoroughly on my case and outlined my options in a comprehensive and empathetic way. They understand the financial pressures that so many families are experiencing since the pandemic and work hard to ensure realistic and affordable re payment plans. I have only negative things to say about banks and other creditors who seemed to ignore the fact that so many people experienced an unprecedented financial shock as a result of covid 19. It was such a relief to have Payplan deal with these types of lenders on my behalf. Reviewed on: 8th August 2022
