There when needed

Good to have support when needed with family and looking after my children I could not pay my debts at the time. It was reassuring they were not for profit organisation I knowing they were not trying to make money out of my situation. Thanks to my union UNISON that recommended them. Reviewed on: 8th August 2022

Payplan literally saved my life. I honestly have no idea where I would be without them right now. I cannot thank the team enough for the quick, easy and straightforward help they provided me. The stress of my debt was instantly taken off my shoulders. I no longer had to worry about letters or phone calls from debt collectors or loan companies. For the past few years I've been paid my wages and have something left after paying Payplan. Payplan was so easy to contact with hours I had the stress taken off me with a friendly adviser who took care of everything via a phone call and once my plan was in place you get access to PayPlanPlus where you can monitor your payments to date . When I had debt out of my hands and did not know what to do, payplan were recommended to me.
