No more stress or worry

Making the initial contact for the first step after doing some online research into my situation was the hardest part. Though once the enquiry form was sent it was no going back. Every step of the way, I was kept informed. No pressure to take products. The assessment gave me a few options. After deciding which option to take, everything was then set up. The budget is quite hard to start with, but I stuck at it and makes me budget better. Over the last couple of years there has been some challenges, and unexpected bills, but PayPlan were there to help either via phone or email. I have never felt judged by anyone or been treated badly, everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful and friendly… I certainly don’t want to go through this process again, but do wish I got help years ago. I may have had a good credit rating and no missed payments in the past, but looking back I was just getting deeper and deeper into debt which felt like there was no way out…. Debt-Free at Last

It’s taken a decade or two but I’m now free from the debt that overshadowed my life for so long and Payplan made it happen for me. Over the years they guided me through and patiently handled my debt as my fortunes fluctuated. I couldn’t quite believe it when I finally got the email telling me I had payed everything off. Before going with payplan I was a nervous wreck. I was frightened to open mail and was bombarded with emails texts and phone calls from debt and cheap loan companies offering quick solutions. Thankfully that all stopped when I signed up with payplan they were and are amazing. Friendly caring people at the end of the phone any time they’re needed or a quick email away. They were very patient and very supportive very kind and they were not judgemental. They rescued me. When I thought I was alone the good and kind people were there for me. They helped me through the most challenging times in my life. They gave me hope where there was no hope. I thought my life was going to end but they said it in a soft voice (Never to worry about the situation because there is a solution) . They treated me like a family.
