I have anxiety when talking to people on the phone, i was so concerned about contacting payplan... but they have an amazing service that can aid this by doing it all through a customer message service... i found it all so simple and no stress whatsoever.. I have found the support I have received from PayPlanPlus to be incredible. I suffer from anxiety and Pay plan are very understanding of this. They listen to my needs and then make adjustments to the way they communicate with me. This really helps me to negotiate & repay my debt without it impacting further on my mental health. I’ve been in my DMP with PayPlan for almost a year now and they have made everything so much easier and more straightforward for me, I couldn’t be more thankful for them. They are always quick to help, very informative and their customer service is wonderful.
