The support and service provided by my advisor reduced my stress and made sorting out my finances easier face and do. They totally understood the financial situation I had been left in and explained clearly and patiently how they could help sort out the mess I was in and help me with a payment plan that would allow me to clear my debt. Thank goodness for payplan! Firstly, every staff member I have ever communicated with have been extremely helpful! Using payplan has allowed me to clear up my finances and I am able to see each month how much closer I am to becoming debt free! Been with payplan over 10 years since my business was nearly dragged under during the credit crunch. With payplans help I managed to save my business and managed to pay my creditors back over a longer period 86k+ debt, and I've got under 5 years left then I'm debt free. Hassle free help and relief

I'm not sure people who work for PPlan are very knowledgeable. I have been given incorrect info in past. But I was very very grateful to them many years ago. And particularly grateful to National Debtline who recommended them, and were wonderful and very knowledgeable. Ppln staff can be a bit patronising. Some of us are victims of financial exploitation and anyway there should be no judgement. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Non- judgemental help!

I was very nervous when I first contacted Payplan- embarrassed even. The advisor was friendly and kept things factual but without any sense of judgement. Any dealings I have had with the company since have been positive. This is either using the app, email or phone. It is very straightforward. I feel that I am making progress on my debt but that I still have a reasonable amount for living expenses. The yearly review is helpful and I can see that this year some adjustments will definitely be made due to the cost of living crisis. However, I have found that Payplan respond well at other times of hardship. When I changed my job and was waiting on my first wage, I was able to temporarily change my monthly payment. Payplan takes the burden off you and communicates with the companies owed. It is an important service that leaves you feeling reassured and more calm about money. Thank you Payplan !
