Friendly and professional reassurance

Financial difficulties build up so much stress and pressure over time and from the first phone I felt I had not just a physical relief but a mental health one also. The advice and reassurance given was respectful and caring. Each worker that I have talked to has had patience and kept my dignity through an embarrassing time. I feel like more than just a number with them treating me as a human who has made mistakes, ready to give me a second chance at life. Thank you Payplan. I found this company online. The ones that you get directed to were not interested. PayPlan have been amazing, extremely helpful but must of all, no matter who you speak, there is empathy.

PayPlan have been brilliant to help me with my debt. Through advising my best course of action and sorting through what I needed to do an when. The team have been amazing start to finish. Anyone who has got themselves into financial difficulties knows the embarrassment and shame u feel. Great quick easy service.

I was worried about debts and looked online at many debt management plans but a lot wanted to charge. I came across PayPlan and decided to enter my debt details to start a plan. It was so easy and without a few days was set up. Most of the companies has frozen interest and debt will be paid off in roughly half the time. The app is great too. Well done pay plan.
