Triumph through adversity

My father passed away through covid and my debts spiralled out of control. I spoke with an advisor from payplan and was made to feel at ease and gave me options on how we could move forward. I chose a debt repayment plan after submitting my bills, debts and living expenses which meant I was left with an affordable repayment figure. The advice was free and every penny I pay goes to my creditors. Its such a relief that things are moving in a positive direction and that I am able to contact a real person from a great knowledgeable and efficient team. I had a failed business and really didn’t know where to go. PayPlan was understanding, respectful and most importantly, non-judgemental. The process over the phone, by text and email was straight forward from the outset. Follow up reviews by PayPlan are fair and realistic. I feel as though I have some control back over my finances.
