Being made redundant was bad enough, but after 9 months and saving and redundancy running low there seemed no way out of my issues. I was advised to speak to Pay Plan about my situation. Within 2 hours they had sorted my situation. Worked out a manageable plan and started contacting my debtors. It was like a massive weight being lifted from my shoulders. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

They are ok

The actual plan is great but the support is lacking.In my experience, the team who help you set up are great but the ones who manage your account are lacking in verbal skills. Get the sense they make as much out of me as I get help from them. Does help though. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

I tried pay plan on the offchance it might help me, and the staff were so helpful. They made me understand that being in debt is so common and that I really was struggling month to month and that it wasn’t all my fault. They helped me understand that I’m allowed to have things like hair cuts and takeaways here and there. They helped me to create a realistic budget and I’m not panicking about making ends meat. I know how cliche it is, but Payplan genuinely changed my life. I have since managed to move out into a flat share, and a realistic budget. They have also taught me how to be stricter with my money and understand how to look after it! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
