From the start the customer service was first rate, everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's not an experience I have had with any other financial organisation, ever. Their rates were the best on the market too. So just those alone made staying with PSCU a no brainer. Their app is easy to use and intuitive. A total success for me as a customer, truly. I love Planesaver and couldn’t recommend it more. It was so useful to have to help me save for my mortgage deposit and then to also save monthly for Christmas.
