simple, straight forward, no hassle

From the initial enquiry, to receiving the loan was a very simple, straight forward process. it was quick and everything was completed online. Money was received very quickly. I can monitor my account online and make withdrawals from it. If i have had any issues i have contacted the customer service teams and they have responded the same day and rectified the problem. i know i will never miss a payment as repayments come from my wages. Helped me massively when no other lender would

I was in a sticky situation where a run of bad luck had left me taking out a couple of loans. Once I got back onto my feet financially I tried to get a consolidated loan and found it difficult until planesaver stepped in an not only lend me the amount I required but that then led to my monthly outgoings lowering massively.
