Always helpful and understanding

Last March my husband passed away and I needed some money from my savings I could not think straight and the lady I spoke to showed so much compassion and really cared I went to the office and she helped me with the process Even though I knew the process I could not think straight When I came out and everything was sorted I felt so at ease Thank you plane saver x Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Easy, simple and trusted

Planesaver has been a simple way to put aside some money, with the peace of mind that it is held with an ethical organisation who seem to care about their customers. Great professional personal service every time

I needed help to pay off 3 credit cards so asked for advice about a loan - friendly courteous staff who couldn’t be more helpful- the loan is now paid off - but I am now saving with them - Thankyou ! Can now sleep at night again ! Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Whenever I have spoken to the Plane Saver team , it has always been a helpful efficient and friendly experience. They always do their very best to help through what has been at times a very difficult financial situation. The staff are friendly including Jade who is always professional and polite. As a team they always do their very best to assist and support their members.They have supported me when I have felt very vulnerable financially, for which I am most grateful.
