Absolutly grateful

I was in a very dark place with a lot going on in my life and struggling financially although in a fulltime job. I was recommended to Plane saver by a crew member and said regardless of my credit rating they will be able to offer advice and help. Thankful I went to the office and they certainly helped me and I eternally grateful. I am getting back on my feet and as the repayments are coming directly out of my wages I don't need to think about it or worry about paying it back on the agreed terms. More than just a Credit Union!

I have been a member of the Plane Saver Credit Union for many years now and have nothing but praise. Over the years they have helped me save for many things, some pleasurable like holidays, others more mundane like a new vacuum cleaner, always all the while growing my savings. During my years with BA the money left my pay packet before I even received it making saving painless and since my retirement I am still able to grow my savings using the convenient method of direct debit payments from my bank account. While I have never needed to use it, it is comforting to know that I could in the future apply to Plane Saver for a very competitive loan. What's not to like? love Plane Saver!! Exceeds Expectations

I have been with Plane Saver Credit Union for a few years now and can honestly say with open heart that the team are some of the most profestional that I have ever encoutered in the finance industry. They correspond with the client with a flourish of care and provide sound advice and considerations for all your needs in saving and loans. Thier unique approach finds you conducting conversations over the phone in a deliberate yet friendly manner and you at no point feel judged as you would with other high street financial institutes. Their tenacious ability to provide you with a service and help in this current climate is a million to one times better than any other financial institute. Outstanding 5 star service. Understanding and helpful service

Being a serving soldier I fell fail to a big issue regarding debt. After speaking with my bank and other loan companies I was struggling with debt and wanted to consolidate to free up some money, but no one was willing to help. There was a huge weight on my shoulders and I was struggling to support my wife and 2 children. Then I saw a advert on my military pay slip which mentioned if struggling with finances look at the Forces covenant. I did and Planesaver was one of the signed up companies. I contacted them and explained my situation as this was my last chance for help. They were very understanding and helpful. I felt very embarrassed being in debt but speaking with them I never felt judged, I actually felt better, relaxed and I could almost see a brighter future. After a brief introduction and a in-depth look at my income and expenditure, It only took a few days to get a decision. Thank goodness they came back with positive decision. With the agreed monthly payment for my debt, it was consolidated with a much lower APR around 6% as I was paying over 40% over 3 loans. I could now breathe a sigh of relief. The payments were taken directly out of my wages and they paid the debtors direct for me. Now after years of being in debt, I am now debt free and actually saving for a property with my wife for our family. I never thought this would of happened prior to speaking with Planesaver. I will always recommend Planesaver to my Army work mates if they are struggling with debt or if just looking to set up a saving package. Thank you Planesaver Reviewed on: 4th June 2020
