Could not recommend more

Have already recommended and got friends on board with plum Because I love and belive in then. As someone who already works in a financial institute, if plum hq was closer to me is be applying to work with them because I love their integrity and what they stand for. In around 9 months I've saved over £1000 that I would have just spent elsewhere. Never noticed the money leaving, and always surprised when I check my savings balance. The customer support is second to none, and I love how you don't have to stay connected to the chat when you need to 'speak to a human' means you can get in with your day and check back when you have a chance to. The forums that plum have on Facebook, for their savings, investments and money saving are truly unique too, means all us plumsters can chat, get advice etc then on top of that plum listens to what their customers want and what features will be beneficial to us, the user's. Plum has had some minor problems, like everyone does, but instead of sweeping it under the carpet, plum and the CEO come on the forums and give an update, are clear and upfront and tell us what they are doing to avoid the issues again. Never have I ever dealt with such a financial institute like plum before. The features are brill, the staff are brill and they're open to our ideas, and honest when a problem occurs. Do easy to use!

Keeps me conscious of my spending

Best digital companion you could ask for!

Best banking app ever!!

Great public service, transparent and innovative
