A life saver!

This is what saving should be!

As someone who does not have the time or micro-managing skills over my finances, being able to have a system that's both easy-to-access, seamless and automatic is one of the best things ever. More banks should look at this trend, as well as Plum's seemingly pro-consumer outlook. Sure they make money like any other company but they also heavily promote saving money and investing it wisely, something a lot of UK banks don't seem to do at all, or don't do very well. I just wish maybe they could do an auto savings->investment system so I can earn a small amount the more I save as there doesn't seem to be any interest currently. Reviewed on: 11th December 2017

Worry-free, intuitive, helpful

I feel a sense of security knowing that my savings are being taken care of and I can adjust and amend them however I please, whenever I want. I've had zero issues with the bot so far, and really like how easy it is to use. The interface and sign-up process is very simple, and I think those who aren't very tech or money savvy would benefit very much from this service. Easy to use and helpful customer service

Very easy to use. Only had one issue where my bank account became unlinked for some reason. It was so easy to contact Plum and resolve the issue. No sitting on the phone for hours on end costing you a small fortune. Reviewed on: 11th December 2017
