Great customer service

Love the Facebook messenger chat bot feature. I use this alot for a quick update on my funds. The bot and app are easy to use and if faced with any problems it's also easy to talk to a human. Have already recommended this to friends! Reviewed on: 29th January 2021

Plum Savings

I started using plum just under a year ago, I was struggling to save and was dipping back into my savings every month. Since I've started using plum it has helped me to save realistic amounts every month. You'll never notice it's gone!

I was told about Plum by my husband and daughter who had been using Plum for a year or so....they always raved about it but I was a bit sceptical. Eventually I thought well I've got nothing to loose as it doesn't cost anything and you can transfer the money straight back to your bank account. So even though I don't have much disposable income I can honestly say that I never noticed the money going out, money that I would have probably frittered away. Great little app!

I use the Plum app primarily for saving via investments. It does build over time and almost without any effort. You need some knowledge of the market but not much, just remain informed. Reviewed on: 25th January 2021

Completely changed my outlook on my finances!

I've never been good at saving, I've always been a YOLO kind of person. But with Plum, I've been able to save up for a deposit for my first house! The app is so user friendly and fun to use. I love the round ups, which make me feel as if I'm saving money, even while spending it. The rainy day fund the app offers just grows and grows since it rains so much in the UK! My favourite feature is the stocks and shares aspect. They explained it so well and I love that I can put my money into a portfolio without having to read the ons and outs of every company and keep on top of what decisions each CEO is doing, since some smart person is already doing it for me. I relayed everything I learnt from Plum to my partner who already has money invested and he said I understood the situation perfectly, which just shows how well Plum explain what it is to invest. I love that I can see my money in each pocket and that it's so easy to access, should I need to withdraw it at any point for an emergency (as has happened when the car broke down!). I've referred multiple friends, family and coworkers through their referral scheme and all have been so impressed with the app! I never imagined saving money could be so easy.
