Brilliant affordability assessment tool

We use the calculator to form our affordability assessments decisions for DHP and DCTR applications, we are extending these assessments to our Discretionary funding administered by MKCC as well as forming the basis for moves out of temporary accommodation. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025
