It’s an eye opener!

Working for Redbridge gave me an insight as to how applicants affordabilities are calculated and was an eye opener to what is considered a priority expenditure and what isn’t. Useful for many different functions

We have used this for many years when assessing affordability for customer taking on Socially rented tenancies. It is good because it allows customers to select the average amount when they are unsure what their actual tenancy related costs will be. This has made it really simple for customers and also advises them of any benefits they might be missing out on. I now use it for homeless customers for assessing affordability and again, it has been superb for this. I would highly recommend Reviewed on: 3rd June 2025
