Excellent telephone welcome

Clear and

I have had a mortgage with the Family Building Society for 2 years and have always found them helpful and clear in telephone calls. They give the impression of wanting to make things happen, to always want to say yes rather than no and understand whatever stands in the way of achieving a mortgage, and work to clear the path. They are a small building society, but very easy to deal with. Can't recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2021
