A very clear and concise explanation of the mortgage deals available.

I am in the process of setting a new mortgage deal and had some ideas on either a repayment or interest only deal whilst also making a one off payment to reduce the current mortgage. Recognising that Richard could not offer me financial advice what he was able to do was provide clarity on the numerous products available to me , which in turn allowed me to make my decision. As I pondered the various deals Richard set up a few calls that allowed me to raise any further questions.
