6 weeks of wasting my time

I opened a Junior Saver account for my son. It took 4 weeks to open and a further 2 weeks of constant phone calls when we could not register for online access. Until one day I finally got a knowledgeable tele-agent who advised me this account does not come with internet access. We live in Edinburgh. The branch is in Surrey. At what point did they think I would need to know this? I had to close the account and look elsewhere. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020

Easy to deal with, clear info

On maturity of my Bond I was offered a very competitive rate to renew it. This rate was offered before maturity and honoured 3 weeks later when the product matured. Thank you very much.
