Problems with their computer systems

I had to make a number of online applications and many telephone calls to eventually get the application up and running. This was due to the society's computer systems. I spoke to a couple of ladies but it was Louise who I had quite a few conversations with. She was very helpful, humorous and pleasant and she eventually was the person who sorted it out, so well done Louise. Refreshing and professional

I had a hiccup applying online hence ringing. I was impressed that the phone number was visible often it's hard to find with some companies. The guy I spoke to is a credit to the company, pleasant, plenty of product knowledge, very helpful indeed - thank you Reviewed on: 5th July 2023

People we can trust to act in our best interests

We have always felt that the Family Building Society is a safe pair of hands. We have always been treated fairly and kept well-informed, in a timely manner. The products offered are very good value for money. I would say without hesitation that the ethical standards of FBS are head and shoulders above the rest of the industry. A Breath of Fresh Air

Spoke with a chap called Arron this morning. Scoring him 10/10 for the courteous customer service with nothing too much trouble.
