Each stage of opening this account was handled very professionally and politely. Hinckley and Rugby do offer some of the most attractive interest rates on the market. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2024

Excellent experience. Very efficient. Used chat facility before going into the branch in Coalville. Staff were ready and prepped for when we went into the branch. Good personal approach to customers. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2024

Staff were very helpful and explained what was required and phones were answered promptly

I was concerned that account payment details were given to me with a phone call to me. I was not happy with this security and requested this information by secure email which was then sent to me so that i could transfer fund within the tight deadline of 5 working days. The second account i opened I sent a checque writen out to myself by recorded post to to overcome my security concern. I am also concerned now what will happen at maturity and how I will receive the return of my funds. Reviewed on: 28th December 2023

Superb customer service, great savings rate

I selected a savings account with H&RBS, and as I do not live close to a branch I completed the account opening application by post, and expected to wait some time for a response as it was sent over the Christmas holiday. I was delighted to receive a call on the first possible business day to confirm that my account was already opened, and further calls to confirm receipt of the funds. The customer service I received could not have been better, and I am very happy to deal with the Coalville branch. Reviewed on: 28th December 2023
