In over sixty years as a customer I have never had the slightest problem, not anything other than totally courteous and friendly service. Long may it last!

It feels very much like a family business, and we customers are treated as though we were indeed members of that family. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

Excellent customer service

I have only dealt with one or two of the staff members at Bath Building Society, most recently Corinne Stokes. The service I have received at all times has been friendly, professional, prompt, polite and efficient. I could not fault any staff members at all. If you are able to offer more competitive interest rates in the future, I would not hesitate to re-invest with you safe in the knowledge that you have an outstanding team working for you.
