Very helpful online chat facility when opening a new account

Bath online needs improving ....

I want to close a Junior Savings Account for one of my grand daughters and transfer the balance to another ISA provider. I cannot do this online and have been advised to send a letter providing the relevant details. Why, when I am registered with Bath Online, that I cannot complete this information online, or even complete or download a form from Bath Online to enable me to do this? Bath online is a service that we have moved forward over the years to try to offer more facilities for our customers, what you raise is a very good point, we will look at what forms are available and add anything that we think is relevant. You can communicate with us in bath online via our secure message facility where we can upload any forms that you may need, also we can upload forms via our webchat service.
