Prompt service and helpful even in these challenging times

I think the booking system to notification prior to the meeting and the meeting itself went very well. I cannot see how the service can be further improved. I look forward to working with Bath Building Society. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

Provide a local branch

If only there was a local branch where we could go and deposit cheques rather than posting them to you. Perhaps you could arrange with post office counters to provide this service. Reviewed on: 7th July 2020
