Brilliant CSA

The CSA, Zac Maskell, was brilliant. He was really informative, not pushy at all. He was a friendly chap that talked me through the whole process. Smooth service from knowledgeable and compassionate staff

Great service

I was skeptical at first but I was assured that the information and pricing were correct and had a great customer service experience. Very professional and simple to set up

I had a good experience setting up a life insurance policy with Protect Line. I chatted to an agent and we discussed what I wanted. They explained things simply but also really quickly which I liked. We found just the right insurance for me and set it up on the day. The follow up was good and it’s good to know there is someone good to ask should I have any questions. Brilliant service and really helpful

Connor was really helpful with supporting me to work through the type of cover I needed for my personal circumstances which was really reassuring. Helpful and kind
