Straight to the point

The person I spoke to was very helpful and had answers for all my questions and even when he wasn’t too sure he would go out of his way to find out for me, I was also able to have a laugh and a joke with the staff member so it made me feel like it was the right thing to do and makes you want to get a life insurance through them. Fast, efficient and very good at what they do!

Fantastic service for an anxious customer

I have been previously a victim of online fraud so have been extremely cautious about any dealings I have with company’s and especially companies who are call centre based. Straight from the off, Robbie and Morgan from protect line were absolutely fantastic at putting my mind at ease and we’re extremely professional, telling me how to look the company up and what to check for that they were a legitimate business. Finding the correct insurance and level of cover for me took a while but we got there in the end and I am extremely delighted with what I have received so much so that I have had my wife covered by protect like as well.
