Affordable Pet Protection

I recently signed up for pet insurance through Protectivity and have had a mostly positive experience so far. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the process of getting a quote and purchasing a policy straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by their competitive rates - the coverage seems comprehensive for the price. There was one hiccup, however. I tried to use their "Refer a Friend" feature, but the link wasn't working properly. When I reached out to customer service about this issue, their response was somewhat lacking. The representatives I spoke with didn't seem well-equipped to resolve the problem, which was frustrating. Despite this minor setback, I'm generally satisfied with the insurance coverage and value for money. If they can improve their customer service, particularly for technical issues, this company would be top-notch. Pros: - Low-cost plans with good coverage - User-friendly website and policy management portal - Easy sign-up process Cons: - "Refer a Friend" link not functioning - Customer service needs improvement for technical issues Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Easy to set up. Straight forward information about the insurance plan. Easy to renew with step by step emails letting you know the next steps. Luckily i have not needed to ring them or make any claim. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024
