Great cover at a reasonable price.

Good value for money and you can pay monthly. I looked at other companies who offered insurance for the fitness industry and Protectivity was the best value and the cheapest price. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

Very easy to set up with clear guidance on what’s included and not included. Perfect for our small dog business! The website was easy to find; the support when choosing what cover we needed and what scenarios would and wouldn’t be covered were some of the many reasons we chose them. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

I have been with Protectivity for the past two years. I can honestly say that they have been fantastic in every possible way from the value for money to the customer service all is absolutely perfect. Whatever you do if you’re a holistic therapist or a tarot card reader I would highly recommend them to everybody and I already have. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

Good product, reasonable price

Very easy to find the product I needed and sign up for a competitive price. The website is informative and easy to navigate. Appreciate having a 'sticker' to add to my business paperwork so clients know I'm insured. Haven't had any problems at all. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

Slow and unprofessional

I had an incident a few months back. They asked me to get lots of papers from my GP which cost me £40 only to find out that the insurance doesn't cover my injury. You need to get your practice in order, you should check with your clients if they are eligible before sending them to spend money and get a negative answer at the end of a very (very, very) long process! Very disappointing! Will not recommend nor purchase services from you again! Reviewed on: 16th August 2020
