Productivity insurance for animal/pet related small businesses did exactly what I needed them to do. They offered a wide choice of cover, personal to my requirements. Basic simple cover with ‘add on’ additional cover if you needed it. No hard sell, no bullshit . You could speak directly with a human ( very rare these days) if you needed advice. I found the whole Protectivity insurance experience a delight. It was so straight forward the website was simple and as easy as ABC.
