Never have I been so disgusted in my life!

Never have I been so disgusted in my life! I saw an advert on facebook for an online quote. I was tricked into leaving my details for a phone call. When this company phoned me I was initially quite happy to talk (albeit I did not give my permission for them to call). The young man on the telephone was polite in the beginning but he turned as soon as I said I'd like to talk to my son. He told me that there was no need to speak to him and that I could show him the paperwork once I'd given over my details. At one point he even put me on hold as his sales manager wanted to speak to him. The tricks they use remind me of a timeshare sales office from the 1970's. Reviewed on: 21st September 2021

brilliant customer care

I am very happy. Initially I went for 20 years term. Then I was explained to increase the term to 40 years. I followed so. I feel relax now. If I die, my daughters will be financially fine. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021
