Painless Savings with Raisin

I was recommended Raisin when I was looking for interest bearing savings accounts in addition to my personal bank accounts which already amounted to £85,000. Over a year I opened 4 accounts, 1 year fixed interest, at more or less equal intervals so that if I needed quick access to cash there was always an account about to mature. Good interest rates but a crappy platform

Servicing takes too long. I suspect they’re sitting on my funds and earning interest on them rather than immediately adding them to my account. The app has technical issues meaning you can’t log on and review the status of your accounts. The app is not intuitive to use and there’s little support for you if you’re unsure how to complete a function. Overall am I satisfied? With the amount of interest earned - yes.
