Excellent product range with clear explanations

I did pretty much everything through the app. The range of avaialable products and conditions is very clear - and was able to take advantage of a very good rate. The process for moving funds in and out of the Raisin account is also very clear and feels secure. There were no issues that required customer service interaction to resolve. After a few hiccups: now plain sailing

After a few hiccups, not being quite sure how to navigate, and operate the functionality - all went well. Easy to open new accounts as all details are already held within Raisin, and easy to log in now and then to keep an eye on savings. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
