I use Raisin mainly for fixed term bonds. Buying and managing those is simple, intuitive, easy. Raisin is competitive, with excellent communication. Updated info is sent to my inbox every now and then. Reviewed on: 25th January 2026

Raisin makes it really easy to manage my savings and make sure that I am able to keep track of everything. It also allows me to move my money about to get the best possible deals without having to do all of the hard work of opening new accounts. Reviewed on: 25th January 2026

Unclear marketing campaign for existing customers, promoting 125.00 loyalty bonus if you opened a new fixed account by a set date. The rules said it had to be new money. Hence it turned out, money from my expired fixed account (which I could have placed with another bank) didn't count. I would not have chosen one of their Fixed accounts had I realised. Ironically if i had transferred the money away from Raisin initially, and then opened the new account it would have counted. I have found customer service poor too, in that now you seem to get a standardised chat box type reply initially. I would not recommend and will be moving away from Reviewed on: 25th January 2026
