They are helpful, courteous and professional in dealing with queries. I’ve been using raisin for a while. Great savings options. Very efficient process. Clear to see money is protected. Interest is delivered in a timely manner. Sometimes when there is a delay returning funds there is an automatic goodwill gesture which is much appreciated. Overall very pleased. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
