Withholding monies

Obtaining your monies back take far too long. Raisin have a holding account which does not attract interest, so not to your benefit but theirs. Customer service difficult. Just go direct to the bank/building society, much more secure with a better service. I would not recommend Raisin tho had to give 1* Reviewed on: 18th December 2023

I have used Raisin bank now for several years. It makes investing as simple and straightforward as possible, for those of us who just want to save without endlessly spending our lives on researching the best home for our money. All rates are available via a quick glance at current rates and there are numerous possibilities, from easy access to 5 year bonds, all covered by the Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Not easy access

I opened an easy access account with Raisin, it was not that easy to withdraw money, it took longer to get the withdrawal completed. I decided to close the account in the end because for me, easy access means that withdrawal should reach my nominated account by the next day at the latest. This was not the case with Raisin.
