I have never had a problem with my Raisin account since first investing in 2021. Since then I have invested with three different banks using the platform. Communication and instructions have always been timely and clear. I find the information given about banks and product choices help me to tailor my funds to my needs as my circumstances change. A very competitive Bank and would recommend
