WATCH YOUR SAVINGS GROW WITH NO RISK OR TIES

Raisin has provided me with a variety of choice for savings growth. I'm a no risk type of person and I like my money to be available at all times "just in case". I have opened instant, easy access savings accounts with no penalties for withdrawals and all covered by the FSCS for up to £85000. These have all had the highest interest rates available in the market. If you are able to leave your savings for a little while, either with bonds or notice accounts, all FSCS protected, Raisin offers the best interest rates on the market for these too. You can get a notice account for as short a period as 7 days and fixed bonds for 3 months. You don't need to tie up your savings for long periods of time. Reviewed on: 31st January 2025

Ease of saving

It is easy to set up accounts and to move savings around where necessary. The information about the accounts is provided quickly and accurately. The rates are very competitive. The only problem is that, unlike banks and building societies, Raisin do not inform HMRC about interest paid to your account which makes life complicated for people who do not have a self-assessment account for tax.
