I tried to open a 2 year fixed rate account with a s...

I tried to open a 2 year fixed rate account with a significant deposit. It all seemed very smooth until the address section. The address options from the drop down list did not include any of the addresses on my little close. I was told to call customer service, who then told me that I couldn't apply bacuse the address was wrong. That's just ridiculous. On the plus side, the interface for the application was smooth and the customer service waiting time and the professionalism of the staff was great. Reviewed on: 21st January 2025

Major delays and loss of interest with witthdrawals

It has a good selection of banks with good interest rates but it takes 3 business days to withdraw money from the partner bank back to raisin and then another 3 busienss days to transfer it out. That's a minimum of 8 business days loss of interest because of weekends. Both transactions have to be done seperately on app. Reviewed on: 29th October 2024

Exciting savings platform that is well laid out and easy to navigate with a range of competitive products to suit everyone from a variety of companies that you may never have even heard of but all offering full FSCS protection. Signing up is a doddle with £100 bonus for new customers. What is not to like? Reviewed on: 5th September 2024

Total waste if time.

I transferred £15000 to a Raisin account after a week of back and forth my application was rejected! Why not check first before they ask us to transfer the money. Total scam. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2024

STAY AWAY: Bank will retain YOUR money for sometime.

Deposited 25k then applied for a saving account. Without a reason saving account request was refused. Now account is locked. I was asking reason why my accouct was locked no response yet. STAY AWAY: Bank will come up excuses to retain YOUR money for sometime. (utill they earn intrest from YOUR money) Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Avoid @ all costs

Very difficult to withdraw monies, takes far too long. Raisin have many 'technical' issues. Very easy to transfer money in but not out, strange that. Reviewed on: 5th February 2024
