Good Service But!

I have received a good service from Raisin, but they can be slow to respond. I had interest sent to my Raisin account, which I understood would be added (compounded) to my fixed rate deposit account. I did not know it was sitting sitting in my Raisin account earning no interest I did contact Raisin and only received a response recently. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022

Excellent company - easy to do business with

I was a little hesitant to try this approach to investing as Raisin are a relatively new company. As it turned out the process was straightforward, the customer service and communications were excellent and I recieved a welcome bonus as the icing on the cake. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
