Raisin give excellent service

I have always found that Raisin give excellent service and provide a good variety of savings products for my investments. On maturity my investments are always paid promptly ready for my re-investment or transfer to my bank account. Reviewed on: 29th March 2026

Hesitant, incredulous but so happy now.

I was very hesitant about investing on the Raisin platform online but after my own research, I finally took the first hesitant step and made a modest investment. I was very apprehensive as I never invested in this way before. However, the return was good and navigating on the site was super easy for ignorant me. This encouraged me to gradually increase my investments as they were all covered by the FSCS. I could not afford to take risks and Raisin responded to all my needs. I did ask a few questions but these were promptly answered in a language, I, as a novice investor, could easily understand. I felt supported and reassured. For me who isn’t the most computer savvy I find the format layout very easy to navigate I had a few different saving pots with raisin and so far so good no problems getting up to date information on all the accounts coming up ,I feel my money is secure and the logging in very very safe .
