Straightforward service!

Prior to being introduced to Ratesetter I must admit I never heard of the company. My personal bank for years was not forthcoming coming with a loan for my first car. Had 'no qualms' at all with Ratesetter, money sent to my account after completing request. I have also introduced a friend to the service. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020

Great experience, no issues.

I used RateSetter as they were the best rate for the loan I needed to buy my car. This was the first loan I was taking out so interest rates were very high everywhere except RateSetter. It has made a massive difference to my life being able to afford my car. Also, during the pandemic, I phoned RateSetter as I was nervous I might be made redundant from my job, however RateSetter were so understanding and helped to make me feel at ease. They told me I would be able to get loan holiday until I found my feet. Overall, my experience has been amazing and I will not hesitate to use again if I need another loan. Fast response, low cost advance

Amazing start to finish

I needed a loan to purchase a vehicle and I found RateSetter off of google read some reviews they seemed like the best site around so I went for it! Everything is so easy and nicely set out so you don’t miss a thing. They explain everything simply so you understand what you’re agreeing to and don’t try to hide anything which is really reassuring as this was my first loan. Customer service is top notch I can not fault them on anything at all I would 100000% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a loan. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
