The most user friendly, simple and efficient loan application I have ever completed. Customer service excellent, online account really accessible and straightforward. In fact my loan application was so quick and straightforward I thought it was too good to be true...but Ratesetter continued to provide the best service I have ever experienced. Great Loan Provider

I have been using Ratesetter as a loan provider for about 5-6 year now. Everything works extremely well online, the loan application form, the early repayments or extra borrowing, I have changed my DD date a couple of times and I have never had any issues! Applied for a loan through Clear Score and RateSetter came up with a very competitive interest rate. Upon proceeding with a full application, which was incredibly quick and easy to complete, I was thrilled that the monthly repayments were confirmed as per the initial quotation. The application took a few days to approve (over a weekend, think it would have been quicker midweek) and then received confirmation of acceptance and funds were in my account immediately. The whole process was simple and straightforward, quick and effortless. Would definitely recommend.
