Honest and simple

I initially went to another lender who decided to hike the initial quoted rate after processing my application. I think it's trickery to get people in the bag. However, I wasn't having any of it and decided do a second application with Ratesetter instead. Ratesetter was very responsive and offered me the quoted rate. I am very happy with the service.
