Responsive, Relatable, Reliable and Reasonable

I found the overall application experience on the Ratesetter website well executed and relevant to the request I was making. When making a loan application most people are stressed and anxious. Following the simple instructions lifted the anxiety and I was genuinely impressed with the efficiency and swiftness of the response.
