Easy to see where you're at

Fair interest rates, and quick deposit of loan into the bank once it was all agreed. Since then I've had no issues with ratesetter, the customer service on the phone has been excellent, so supportive and friendly and the written communication has been clear and straightforward. The online management of the account is dead simple and its so easy to see where you're up to with repayments. Fantastic service all round. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021
