Things really weren't going well, my car broke down and was unrepairable, the boiler in the house broke and the roof on the back of the house leaked like a sive. Without this loan I would have been lost, such a simple process and easy website to keep track. Truly life changing. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021

Great rates, customer service and process

The whole process with my ratesetter loan was straightforward and fast, the rates I was offered were the best around, even from the larger lenders. I was first dubious about peer-to-peer lending, but rate setter made it clear that it was safe and trustable. The loan has been smooth thus far, tracking your loan is simple and so is setting up any overpayments or new direct debits. If something cannot be sorted through the handy portal I.e. loan details, the customer service are prompt and friendly. Definitely worth a recommendation to others. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021
