Low cost loan

Friendly services and quick decisions.

I wanted to add a little extra onto my loan. RateSetter employees quickly gave me options and were always on hand to answer any queries I had. I felt like a valued customer and they couldn't do enough for me. I had the money in my account within 24 hours from the decision. Excellent service. I'll be using it again. Great customer service!

Rate setter acknowledges those customers who go above and beyond. I personally was offered a better interest rate when I was paying more off my loan! Reviewed on: 17th June 2021

Great UX, no complaints.

The application process is straight forward, the account management interface is really good (if a bit dated looking in some places). Only bad experience I've had is that if you apply for a loan when you already have one, the management interface is locked out until the new loan has been approved. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021
