Lowest rates

Excellent

Easy to look up loans, get a quick reply in minutes then money in your bank within 48 hours. Can go online and change the date of your direct debit or it’s easy to talk to someone on the phone. Would recommend as used Rate Setter for two loans over the last few years. Reviewed on: 12th June 2020

Help when help was needed

Although these days most communications is done electronically, the RateSetter eTeam maintained professionalism and efficiency. Emails were answered quickly and documents sent and completed promptly. Confirmation calls were also carried out very amicably, with questions and concerns handled in the most professional and calming manner.
